Freezer Jam Hands-on Workshop

It’s strawberry season! Let’s get together and learn a simple, yet delicious preservation method of making jam.

Freezer jam is a simple and delicious way to preserve your fruit harvest! Anyone interested in canning, from beginner to advance, will enjoy the simplicity of freezing jam. This is a great technique if you do not have canning equipment to fully seal jam for shelf stability and also perfect for youth to be involved in. Our class is scheduled for May 10, 2022, at 6 pm. It will be held at the Randolph County Center of the N.C. Cooperative Extension at 1003 S Fayetteville Street in Asheboro.
