Register and join N.C. Cooperative Extension, Randolph County Center for a hands on canning workshop. Whether you are new to canning or just brushing up on your skills this is workshop gives the opportunity to discuss safe practices and give hands on practice canning jam.

Participants will learn the differences between water bath canning and pressure canning as well as when to use each method. Registered participants will also receive a copy of The Complete Guide to Home Canning at the end of this workshop.
