The winter season causes many of us to reach for warming, comfort foods and heavier meals. If you're looking out for your heart health and overall wellness, that can be an issue.

Join us for Comfort Food Made Simple on February 12th from 12-1pm. This is a lunch and learn style workshop where we'll talk about making healthy swaps to comforting winter recipes (without sacrificing flavor) and try a turkey chili recipe.

Registration: $12.50 per person on Eventbrite
