The holiday season is a time where we gather together with the people we care about to share meals and memories. No matter what holiday you are celebrating, it's important to keep food safety in mind and protect our loved ones from food borne illness.
How long can our meal sit out at room temperature? Who in my family is at high risk for food borne illness? How can I prevent food borne illness during the holidays?
These are a few of the questions that will be addressed in the upcoming workshop - Happy Healthy Holidays. During this workshop we will review best practices for food safety and preventing foodborne illness at home during holiday meals and get togethers. Registered participants who attend this workshop will take home an insulated tote bag.
