The Randolph County office offers various equipment and tools that can be rented by the public. Below is the list of items available for rental and links to learn more about specific items and how to proceed with the rental process.

Rental Process

1. Review the list of available equipment and the respective contracts.
2. Review the availability of the equipment on the public calendar.
3. Fill out our Google form to formally begin the process.
4. An agent will then contact you to complete the reservation process. 
5. Pick up reserved equipment at agreed upon date and time and perform a pre-rental inspection.
6. After use, return the equipment in the manner in which you received it to an agent for a post-rental inspection.

Users that have failed to cancel a reservation, or failed to pick up the unit when reserved without communicating with the Extension center in the past 12 months will be required to submit a $25 deposit to hold future reservations.
