What exactly is kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented beverage made from tea and sugar. It usually features a mixture of sweet and tart flavors and is often combined with a variety of fruits, juices, or herbs. If held under the right conditions, kombucha can also be very fizzy.
Kombucha is well known for being rich in probiotics that benefit our gut health as well as B vitamins and minerals.
Making it at home can be a budget friendly way to enjoy this fermented beverage more often.
