Randolph Community College (RCC) and the UNC Greensboro Bryan School of Business and Economics are collaborating with the Cooperative Extension to better understand the real-world training and workforce needs of farmers, workers, and agricultural businesses in our county. As agriculture continues to evolve, RCC is exploring ways to offer short-term, practical, and accessible training programs that directly support local producers, farm workers, and those entering the agricultural field.
To ensure these efforts reflect the true needs of our community, we are asking farmers and agricultural stakeholders to complete a brief survey about the challenges they face, the skills most needed on today’s farms, and the types of training that would be most helpful. Your input will guide RCC’s planning and help shape future programs that strengthen our agricultural workforce.
The survey takes only a few minutes to complete, and your responses will remain confidential. Every voice matters, and your feedback will play an important role in shaping the future of agricultural education in Randolph County.
