Digital Literacy & Skills, what does it all mean? What can you, the community, expect from our new agent Isaac Madren’s role? Simply put, he is available to assist the general public, farmers, and small business owners alike in “working smarter, not harder” by using digital/technology skills. Our guiding principle is that In Randolph County, every household, business, and farm will have the opportunity to earn, learn, and be well by accessing needed digital resources.
The digital world has made great strides in a short period of time and shows no signs of slowing. We have to adapt and challenge ourselves to keep up. In this one of a kind position, Isaac will be taking appointments to assist with a variety of topics such as:- Selecting the right technology to meet your needs

- New Computer/Electronic Device Set up

Beginning July 18, 2022 community members will have the opportunity to sign up using a menu of suggested topics for one-on-one, hands-on, sessions with Isaac in our office or have the choice to name something specific to learn. Participants are encouraged to bring their own devices for comfort and safety.
