Our office will have a good variety of plants available for sale this fall including fruiting trees (peaches, apples, pecans, persimmons, figs) and fruiting bushes (blackberries, blueberries, muscadines, bunch grapes, elderberries).
You may view the full list of plants by viewing our Plant Sale Fall 2023 list. This includes pricing, varieties, and a description of all the plants. All of the varieties that are on the list have been selected because they are suitable to our climate in Randolph County.
We will start accepting orders on July 31st, 2023. To place an order call our office at (336) 318-6000 and a staff member will assist you. If you would like to be notified shortly before the sale starts you can provide your email address in this Google Form.
All orders are due by October 20th, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. We are asking that folks prepay for plants no later this date. We can accept checks or exact change (no credit cards).
Plants will be ready to be picked up on November 2nd. The pickup location will be the Randolph County Cooperative Extension Office located at 1003 S Fayetteville St, Asheboro, NC, 27203. If you will not be available on this date to pickup, but would like to place an order please contact Cody Craddock to make alternate arrangements.
