The 1st billing for the  monthly Service fee will be August 1, 2017

If your County is currently under a meter contract  your monthly service fee will be waived until the contract is up. Stamps.com has this information.

The supplies from Stamps.com – scale and stamp labels are in the  process of being mailed to your county.

Please keep in mind that your postage account should never carry a balance of more than $700. The best practice would be to drain the “bank” down before loading more funds.
